Where we work

Based in Toronto, delivering across the GTA

Just Great Events is a service-area business: we come to your venue, so there is no showroom to visit. Delivery, setup and teardown are part of every booking. Travel within Toronto is part of the base rate, delivery within the GTA is listed on the quote, and travel outside the GTA is quoted per kilometre.

Booking questions

How quickly will I hear back?
Call or text during opening hours for an immediate answer on a date. Quote-form and email enquiries are answered during opening hours, 9:00 am to 11:00 pm every day.
What do you need from me to quote?
The date, the venue and city, the guest count, the kind of event and the hours you want. If you are unsure which booth fits, describe the room and we will recommend one.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
No. We are a service-area business based in Toronto and bring the booth to your venue. Photos of every booth, backdrop and print template are on the service pages and in the gallery.
Can I book two booths or add decorations on one quote?
Yes. Two-booth bookings and add-ons such as balloon decorations, flower decorations, face painting, balloon twisting and a bubble show are quoted together.
Which cities do you serve?
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York, Scarborough, Oakville and Hamilton, plus Etobicoke, Burlington, Milton, Newmarket, Aurora, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa. Travel outside the GTA is quoted per kilometre.
What happens after I confirm?
We design the print template or video overlay in your names, colours, logo or theme and send it for approval. The attendant arrives before your guests, runs the booth for the booked hours and packs up quietly; your gallery arrives within 48 hours.
