A glowing neon sign gives your photo corner a message guests read in every picture. Just Great Events rents neon signs for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and school events across Toronto and the GTA, on their own or with any of our photo booths.

Most event signs disappear once the lights go down for dinner and dancing. A neon sign does the opposite: it becomes easier to see as the room gets darker, which is when the photo booth is at its busiest. Couples hang a phrase or their names over a flower wall, hosts put an age or a party theme behind the booth, and brands light up a short line at a launch or a pop-up.
We rent signs for the photo corner first, because that is the work we do every week. We place the sign where the booth camera and phone cameras pick it up clearly, at a height where heads do not block it, and away from spots where the room lighting would wash it out.
A short phrase over the backdrop, your new last name or your first names. See wedding photo booths.
A party phrase, the guest of honour’s name or a theme word. See birthday party photo booths.
A tagline, a product name or an event hashtag at launches and activations. See corporate photo booths.
The class year or a short phrase for the photo wall. See school event photo booths.
Her name or a short phrase over the booth backdrop. See quinceañera photo booths.
A phrase for the dessert table or the photo corner at showers and engagement parties.
There are two ways to add a neon sign. You can rent a sign we already have, which is quicker to book. Or you can ask about custom text, such as your names, a brand line or a phrase in another language. Custom work needs more lead time, and the quote states whether the sign is rented back to us after the event or yours to keep.
Tell us the wording you want and the date, and we reply with the options available for your event in a written quote. We do not list fixed sizes or colours here because the range changes; the quote lists what we can supply for your date.
If you are also booking a photo booth, we plan the sign as part of the booth setup so one team installs and removes both.
Event neon signs plug into a standard outlet. We route and cover the cable so it stays out of walkways. Signs are mounted on a backdrop frame or a stand, or placed on a table, so nothing has to be fixed to the venue’s walls unless the venue agrees.
Signs should stay away from candles, open flames and wet areas, and away from heaters and outdoor rain. For tents and patios, plan a covered spot. Your quote notes anything the venue needs to provide.
Every booth booking already includes delivery, setup, an attendant, a custom print template, a backdrop, props and digital sharing. See all photo booth services.
Neon signs show most clearly in dark ballrooms and banquet halls, and that covers many wedding venues in Vaughan, Woodbridge, Mississauga and Scarborough. Downtown Toronto lofts and restaurants often have exposed brick or wood, where a sign on a stand in front of the wall looks clean without touching it. Office events in North York and the downtown core usually need the sign on a freestanding frame near the booth. Send a photo of the space or the floor plan and we suggest where the sign should go.
The price depends on the sign, whether it is ready-made or custom, the date, the venue and the hours, and whether you also book a booth. We do not publish a flat rate. Send the wording and your date and you receive a written quote.
