Short answer: Travel within Toronto is part of every base rate, delivery to the rest of the GTA is a line on the written quote, and events outside the GTA are quoted per kilometre. Setup takes about an hour from the door. One booth cannot serve two cities on the same night; a second booth can.

How travel is priced

Just Great Events is based in Toronto and comes to your venue, so there is no showroom and no pickup. Inside Toronto, including North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke, travel is built into the booth price. For Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Hamilton and the rest of the GTA, delivery is shown as its own line on the quote so you can see it before you decide. For venues further out, Niagara, Barrie, Peterborough, Kitchener and the cottage country halls, the distance is quoted per kilometre from Toronto. Send the address and the quote comes back with the line filled in.

Setup time: what to plan for

The booth, the backdrop, the printer, the lighting and the props travel in cases. From the venue door to a ready booth takes about an hour for an open-air Signature Classic Photo Booth or a Mirror Photo Booth, a little longer for a 360 Video Booth with its platform and spin arm, and minutes for an Audio Guest Book on a side table. The attendant arrives before your guests, sets up and keeps the booth dark until the agreed start. Venues that only allow load-in after guests arrive, or that need a freight elevator at a fixed time, should tell us at booking so the attendant plans around it.

Multi-city and multi-venue events

  1. Ceremony and reception in different cities: possible with one booth if the gap allows teardown, the drive and a fresh setup; otherwise book a second booth.
  2. A corporate roadshow in three cities over three days: one booking per day, one template with a city line, delivery per address.
  3. Two events on the same night, for example Mississauga and Markham: two booths and two attendants, quoted together.
  4. A weekend celebration with a sangeet on Friday and a reception on Saturday: two bookings, two templates, one quote.

What to avoid

  • Asking for a booth to move between two venues in the same evening. Teardown, the drive and setup take longer than the gap between a cocktail hour and dinner.
  • Leaving the address until the last week. The delivery line depends on it, and the attendant plans the route from it.
  • Outdoor venues with no cover or power. A tent, a covered patio and one outlet are the minimum.
  • Assuming a venue outside Toronto has the same vendor rules. Golf clubs, barns and halls in different towns have different load-in windows.

When to book a booth for a GTA event

Every city page lists the booths and base prices: Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Hamilton among them. Send the venue address with your date and the quote shows the booth, the hours, the delivery line and every extra.

Questions people ask

Is travel inside Toronto included?

Yes. Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke are part of the base rate.

How is delivery outside the GTA priced?

Per kilometre from Toronto, shown as its own line on the written quote.

How early does the attendant arrive?

Before your guests, with about an hour needed from the door to a ready booth. The booth stays dark until the agreed start time.

Can one booth cover a ceremony and a reception in different cities?

Only if the gap allows teardown, the drive and a new setup. For most weddings a second booth or a reception-only booking is the practical answer.

Do you go to Niagara or cottage country?

Yes, quoted per kilometre. Send the venue and the date and the quote comes back with the travel line.
